I complain energically against these ideas. A computing algebra system of the complexity of Mathematica is very likely plagued with bugs. But these bugs should be documented and on my opinion Wolfram Res. should have an ftp-server for the download of bugfixes. If you buy something and there goes something wrong you also would like to get this repaired at the costs of the seller of it.
