Out[1]=
{{5,9},{4,6},{4,10},{7,4},{3,1},{1,9},{9,4},{9,10},{3,1},{1,6}}
Then
In[2]:=
b={ToString[#[[1]]]<>","<>ToString[#[[2]]]}&/@lista1
Out[2]=
{{"5,9"},{"4,6"},{"4,10"},{"7,4"},{"3,1"},{"1,9"},{"9,4"},{"9,10"},{"3,1"},{
"1,6"}}
does what you want. If you want to display the result as a column use
TableForm[b]
