I suggest getting the excellent book "CalcLabs with Mathematica for
Stewart's Multivariable Calculus - Concepts and Contexts" by Selwyn
Hollis. You could get the code at www.math.armstrong.edu/mmacalc but I
recommend buying the book too- its a winner.
