adding comments to a file in a different color

Hello everyone,

I wonder if someone can help me with this. I know how to change the default
font size and color of an entire file. I would like to be able to add
comments to a file and have just the "new" comments be in a different color
and size. I can type the comments and then change them, that is simple, but
it would be nice to be able to set an option and then simply type.

Is this possible?

Thanks for any help you might have,

Sincerely,

Tom De Vries
