Although not specifically a "numerical methods" book, Mathematica Navigator by Heikki
Ruskeepaa has a tremendous amount of material on both graphing and numerical analysis
of data with Mathematica Version 3. It provides many examples of using the various
Mathematica routines, including standard package routines, on both symbolic and
numerical problems.
