As far as I remember in Version 3.0 to use the Laplace and Fourier
transformation one had to use standard packages.

<<Calculus`FouierTransform`

Now in version 4.0 this has changed and FourierTransform as well as
LaplaceTransform is built in and the Standard package provides numerical
Fourier transformations of different kind.
