Hi, the RGB cube is easy:

rgbcube = 
    Table[{SurfaceColor[RGBColor[r, g, b]], 
        Cuboid[{10.5r, 10.5g, 10.5b}]}, {r, 0, 1, 0.1}, {g, 0, 1, 0.1},
{b, 0,
         1, 0.1}];

rgbgraph = Show[Graphics3D[rgbcube]]

For interactive viewing you can try MathGL3d at

http://www.mpae.gwdg.de/~kuska/mview3d.html

but the there is no support for slicing.
