1999 Mathematica Developer Conference Update

 The preliminary conference presentation schedule and abstracts are now
 available at http://www.wolfram.com/news/events/devconf99/.
 
 This three-day event will have an intensive pace and will cover all areas
 of Mathematica that are of interest to application package developers,
 authors, and advanced users. General topics are the following:
 
 o Previews of Future Mathematica Technology
 o In-Depth Talks and Training Sessions on Current Mathematica Technology
 o New Mathematica Applications in Engineering and Science
 o Focus Area: Internet Applications
 o Focus Area: Authoring and Publishing
 o Focus Area: Education
 
 Several hands-on tutorials will cover many elements of the Version 4 front
 end and projects currently in development.  And there will be many
 opportunities to spend time one-on-one with Wolfram Research staff
 throughout the days of the conference.
