Just an short addendum to my earlier message. By defining a variable state
space with :
In[39]:=
space[j_] := Table[Drop[m, i], {i, 0 + j, 6 + j}];
we can find any specified number of solutions, e.g.

It seems that it takes under a minute to find a solution, but the actual
number of solutions is probably extremely large, which accounts for my loss
of patience when I tried to find them all.
