ParametricPlot3D[{x, y, 1, {EdgeForm[]}}, {x, 0, 1}, {y, 0, 1}]

More generally, we can  have

ParametricPlot3D[{x, y,
    1, {sequence of directives for the polygons that are displayed}}, {x, 0,
    1}, {y, 0, 1}]In[40]:=
ParametricPlot3D[{x, y, 1, {EdgeForm[]}}, {x, 0, 1}, {y, 0, 1}]

More generally, we can  have

ParametricPlot3D[{x, y,
    1, {sequence of directives for the polygons that are displayed}}, {x, 0,
    1}, {y, 0, 1}]
