Hi,

DiscreteDelta[...]  is a built-in function of n variables. It takes 
the value 1 if all the variables are zero and it takes 0 otherwise.
As best as I can tell, this fits the definition of a  NumericFunction -
however it does not  have NumericFunction as an attribute.  Is this an
oversight?
