That is a fantastic idea. I really liked the book "Power Programming in
Mathematica: The Kernel". It is the book got me to understand how to
program by using Mathematica. But my work involved lots of interface
programming and it took me a lot of try and error to understand how the
button options, cell options and notebook options work. It also took me great
effort to search on the internet to find how other people customized
their notebooks. I also got lots of help from Mr. Hinton. That will be a
great idea if there is a book talks about all these and more of the front
end stuff.

Hope to see such a book soon.
