Probably the fastest fix is to use a replacemnet rule to change the
PointSize
already in the graph.

In[1]:= pl = ErrorListPlot[...];

In[2]:= Show[pl /. PointSize[.015] :> PointSize[.01]]
(where PointSize[.01] is whatever PointSize you want).
