Hi,

what are you doing ?

data = Table[Sin[x*y], {y, 0, Pi, Pi/15}, {x, 0, Pi, Pi/15}];

ListPlot3D[data, Map[Hue, data, {2}]]
ListPlot3D[data, ColorFunction -> Hue]

make two nice color plots.
