The way many people do this in UNIX is: a) create a Mathematica postcript file with: Display["tmp.mps", %1] b) transfer tmp.mps to a regular ps file with psfix, a program that comes with the Mathematica: psfix < tmp.mps > tmp.ps [after this step, you can use ghostview to display them] c) include the resulting ps file in your TeX file with the usual methods (includegraphics, epsfig..., documentation about them comes with the TeX distribution). I guess the method must be very similar in your case. I think I read about all this in the Mathematica Handbook. There's also a TeXForm command you can be interested in, for formulae.
