Yes! In the package Statistics`NonlinearFit` the functions NonlinearFit
and NonlinearRegress are defined. There you can chose Levenberg
Marquardt as an option

Method->LevenbergMarquardt

For further explainations see the online help for the Standard Package
Statistics`NonlinearFit`.
