The solution is very simple: Select a pair of coordinates in your graphic with the mouse, click left and release, press Ctrl-C (that is, do not release the Ctrl key, just press C). Then move the cursor to an input cell and press Ctrl-V. You will get your coordinates as a list of two real numbers.
