Hi, I have been using mathematica to make notes on set theory, which involves a lot of superscripts and subscripts. About every 15 minutes or so, Mathematica hangs or crashes. Just prior to it crashing, I get 'echos' of the character that I am typing seeming radomly placed within my text or the cursor won't go to the superscript or subscripted text that I want to modify. My cells are always in text mode. Some times, when I am in input mode, the text wraps in seemingly random places or after certain punctions like commas. Would anyone know why? Also, is there a shortcut key to bring up pallettes? Is there a way of making shortcut keys Thanks, David
