Hello,

In the book "Mathematica Graphics", Tom Wickham-Jones talks about the
function TriangulaInterpolate to generate a function for approximating
irregular data. Could you please let me know what actually this
triangularInterpolate function does to come up with the approximation
function... 
I read through the code but could not figure out anything from that.
