Look at the notebook manipulation online help, there is also a nice demo
of how to start of in the helpbrowser (about a calendar window). Oh,
this probably only works for version 4 ...

This will delete all Print and Output Cells:

Kernel -> Delete All Output 

If you want to keep the output, you'll need to manipulate your notebook
as to delete all the cells of type "Print", can be done, but takes some
effort to be save (I guess you don't want to mess up anything else...)
