Is it possible that your video driver or video mode was changed two weeks ago? Notably, a video driver could possibly be updated via the "Windows Update" process, so it may even be possible that it was updated without your full knowledge (the Windows Update page should tell you, but it wouldn't surprise me to learn that some people go through the update process just accepting the defaults without reading the details). Since we are presuming a Mathematica-video driver conflict based on the info you provide, I would suggest two possibilities for resolution. 1) Try downloading the newest video driver from Toshiba's web site and see if it works. If not, check to see if they have an older version of that same video driver available for download, and try that one. 2) In the Display control panel, go to the Settings panel and click "Advanced...". In the resulting dialog, choose the Troubleshooting panel. There should be a slider that allows you to adjust the level of hardware acceleration. Try sliding this all the way to the left, click OK to get out of both dialogs, and restart Mathematica. If this works, then go back to this dialog and slide the slider as far to the right as you can and still have Mathematica work. Hope this helps.
