Use PlotRange.

  Do[
         Print["nn = ", nn];
         Show[
           Graphics[{AbsolutePointSize[3],
              Table[Point[{n, m}], {n, 0, nn}, {m, 1, nn}]}], 
    PlotRange -> {0.90, nn + 0.1}],  {nn, 5, 8}]
