Mathematica Axes Labels: Font Size

I'm presently using the following to control the FontSize in my
plots.
$TextStyle = {FontColor -> CMYKColor[0, 0, 0, 1],
FontFamily -> "Frutiger-Roman",
FontSize -> 5
};
Does anyone know how to *separately* control the FontSize of the axes
values and the axes x-y labels?
