Hi,

Get["Graphics`ContourPlot3D`"]

ContourPlot3D[x^2 + y^2 + z^2 - 1,{x,-1.1,1.1},{y,-1.1,1.1},{-1.1,1.1}]


or you can use MathGL3d, this allows realtime adjustment of the 
contour levels and transparence and it is a bit faster
than Mathematica's ContourPlot3D[]. The commands are similar

Get["MathGL3d`OpenGLViewer`"]

MVContourPlot3D[x^2 + y^2 + z^2 -
1,{x,-1.1,1.1},{y,-1.1,1.1},{-1.1,1.1}]
