The usage of emmathfnt on Mac

Hi,

	I am trying to use the emmathfnt utility to embed ps fonts into
eps files.  My system is a Power Mac with Mathematica 4.0.1.  I unloaded
the necessary files from WR web site and extracted to have the application
Embed Math Fonts.  However, the usage of this application is not very
clear from the readme file, at least to me.  When I double click the
application, I am presented a dialog box asking for arguments.  From the
File radio buttons, I can specify the input and output files.  But since
on my machine, Mathematica was installed in the folder

PowerMac HD:Applications:

I need to specify the location of Math fonts.  I tried several ways to
do it but without success.  Could anyone provide suggestions regarding
the details of how to use the emmathfnt on a Macintosh system?  Thanks
a lot.
