redundant brackets

Dear Groups,

I produce a table in a function.

The entries of the table contain redundant brackets.

For example  { {0}, {{{{{{14}}}}}, {{{3}}} }.

I want to get these brackets away, but using Simplify or FullSimplify does not help.
