A Penny for Thought

I wish to aquire an image of a penny (1 cent) and display it as three
separate color coded countour maps
1. height map: color corresponding to height
2. slope map: the first derivative of height map
3. local curvature map: the second derivative of height map
Any suggestions welcome.
