Hi, Mike,

I've just tried your method and it works great!
Thank you!

I use Mathematica v.4, Microsoft Word 2000, and HP LaserJet 2100,
and also experienced the same difficulties as "Dr J. Satherley".

Usually I saved pictures in Mathematica as *.bmp and then, in MW,
used "Insert/Picture/From File/*.bmp".

However modification of your method as "CRTL+C/CTR+V"
is even easier, at least I've right now used it all the way
from-Mathematica-through-MW-to-Printer,
and it's OK.

Thanks again,

Zak F Seidov

BTW What do our Mathematica Gurus recommend best?!
    And I have another question:
Inspired by some postings in this Group I touched hurriedly
some options in Format/Option Inspection, got some ugly results
(when I tried ShowPageBreaks and others), and my question is:
IS THERE ANY (EASY) WAY TO RESTORE DEFAULT OPTIONS??!!

I've always had no problem transferring graphics into MS Word. What I
do is just hit Ctrl-C and copy the graphic in Mathematica, then in
Word
I do a "Paste Special" and choose to paste it as a picture. No
problem-o.
