In[1]:= Table[Random[Integer, {0, 500}], {300}] will display your 300 random integers between 0 and 500 in a list. I don't quite understand what you mean by "displaying them in a table". What sort of table? In[2]:= TableForm[%] will display them as a column of numbers.
