If you run MathLM with the '-install' option (you may also need to add 
'-pwfile pathname' to point to the password file), it will be installed as 
a Windows service which will be started whenever the machine reboots and 
run in the background by the System user.  This is discussed in the System 
Administrator's Guide which you should have gotten with your network 
version.

If you have further problems, the people at support at wolfram.com are 
extremely qualified to help with this kind of issue.
