Hi,

every CD-Recording program like WinOnCD or what ever you use
is able to create an audio CD, and add *.wav files to the
CD-project. Since *.wav files are the MS-Windows format for
sounds any recoding program will be able to use it.

Some better CD-recording programs have an aditional sound editor
so that you can mange the sound with it.

AFAIK exporting a sound to *.wav will scale your data because reals
are not saved in a sound file.

Regards
  Jens
