Vector Analysis Package wanted

I am in need of a vector analysis package to assist some of my analysis using Mathematica. I noticed there is this "General Vector Analysis" package from PPPL but I can't find the actual package itself. Does anyone have that to share or there are some other good ones? Thanks Yun
