I am interested in obtaining a Mathematica Notebook for the
Anderson-Darling Goodness of Fit Test. 
Would you happen to know where I can order this notebook and what it
might cost?  If it is freely available,
could you kindly tell me where I may find it, perhaps on the
Internet?
