I don't remember a key combination, but of course you can use In[n]:

In[1]:= Random[]

Out[1]= 0.25644088025646

In[2]:= In[1]

Out[2]= 0.32916748004794

In[3]:= linenum := In[$Line - 1]

In[4]:= Random[]

Out[4]= 0.26460679270733

In[5]:= linenum

Out[5]= 0.87105509807481
