Hi,

try my package

http://phong.informatik.uni-leipzig.de/~kuska/visualsupp/RungeKuttaNDSolve.m

it has an option to return the Poincare section. And my solver vor
Hamiltonian systems

http://phong.informatik.uni-leipzig.de/~kuska/visualsupp/ManifoldNDSolve.m

has the same option for Poincare sections.

Regards
  Jens
