Mathematics/Mathematical and Other Notations/Operators" in the Help
Browser?

Hi Jack!
\[LeftFloor] and \[RightFloor] can be used for this.
Look at Chapter Advanced Mathematics/Mathematical and Other Notations/
Operators.
