I noticed that n Mathematica 3.0 , IntegerDigits function is giving 
wrong results. This problem is not found in Mathematica 4.1. Whether any 
body else has also noted any such problem.
For example IntegerDigits[10^18+7] will give the digits 0 and 7 , 
omitting 1.
