Hi, I expect that the Helvetica request comes from the Frontend menues and this is lited I your X resources $TopDirectory/SystemFiles/FontEnd/SystemResources/X/XMathematica request the helvetica font: !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ! ! GENERAL GUI STYLE / COLOR SETTINGS ! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ! Choose your GUI widget background color. ! CDE: Comment this out. *background: #c0c0c0 ! Choose a font for buttons/text fields, etc. ! You can use xfontsel to get a listing of fonts. !*Menu*fontList: -*-helvetica-medium-r-*-*-*-100-*-*-*-*-*-* !
