Wow - you really are a newbie. Tips:

1. (RTFM) Read the beginner's guide - the floppy book. This will avoid more
trivial questions.
2. Use [ not (
3. Capitalise your functions, e.g. Sin not sin
4. Make sure you know whether you're using rad or deg
5. Make sure you enter e correctly
6. In your expression, why are you dividing by '1'??
6. The answer (to what you've given) should be 8x6.x0x - I'll let you work
out the x's!!
