Save as HTML and missing graphics

Hello, I have a notebook that contains graphics (visio) inserted using Insert Object command. When I do an File -> Save As Special -> HTML, the object isn't converted to HTML. I can do a Edit->Copy As->Bitmap and then paste, this works but would rather have the original visio object there for editing. Any way around this? thankyou
