i need a litle help on a problem that has puzzeled me for some time

i want to count the number of elements in s with value greater or equal
to each element in t

t = {1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 12, 14, 17, 27, 28, 30, 36, 50}

s = {1, 1, 1, 2, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 8, 10, 12, 12, 14, 17, 20, 27,
27, 28, 30, 30, 36, 38, 40, 45, 50, 50, 50, 63, 132, 132}
