Q .wav import

With my camera (Ricoh rdc-7) I made a sound recording in the .wav format,
I have not been able to import this sound into Mathematica.

I use:
Import["pulsonex6.WAV"]

And I get a "$Failed" result.

Any ideas?
The sound playes OK e.g. in the win XP mediaplayer.
And, at least I put the sound file in the Mathematica $Path
