Many of you are refering me to he Mathematica's Delaunay interface
shortcut to qh-math in:

This is a shortcut that eventually re-routes a person to:

http://library.wolfram.com/infocenter/MathSource/1160.

Unfortunately, the "qh-math: A MathLink Interface To Qhull's Delaunay
Triangulation" contained in this last web site is not self-contained. 
The user needs to obtain the source code to Qhull version 2.6, which
is not longer available at the http://www.geom.umn.edu/ (the "official
website"). It also requires appropriate development tools for the
platform on which the user will be running qh-math.  The development
tool requires an ANSI C compiler and a linker for creating libraries.

In a nutshell; the above program is too difficult to use for the
average Mathematica user!  A simple Mathematica notebook containing
the necessary code, and an example illustrating how the code can be
applied to real world data, would be a lot more "tangible" to the
average Mathematica user.  If you have such a notebook please, make it
available to everyone via this MathUse Platform or, send it to me at:
