Hi Serge, I also observed similar problems to display graphics using the text frontend 'math'. I could overcome this problems by using the text frontend 'jmath' that could be found at http://library.wolfram.com/infocenter/MathSource/644/ Moreover, you have a greater flexibility in typesetting by using this text frontend due to its feature of command completion. If this doesn't help you, then I would suppose that your secure shell is not configured correctly. You have to set the variable X11Forwarding to "yes". On my system (SuSe-Linux) the ssh-config file could be found under /etc/sshd Best regards, Holger ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Holger Meinhardt Institute for Statistics and Economic Theory University of Karlsruhe Zirkel 2 D-76128 Karlsruhe Tel.: (+49)(721) 608-4784 Fax.: (+49)(721) 608-3082 E-mail: hme at vwl3.wiwi.uni-karlsruhe.de -------------------------------------------------------------------------------
