DataSmoothing problem

Good day,

I am using a series of instruction where I am required to use 
Statistics`DataManipulation and Statistics`DataSmoothing.
 If I load those two packages (or only <<Statistics`), the MovingAverage 
command does not executes (I tried with the MovingAverage example in the 
HELP, and it did not worked also).

 Is there any incompability between those two packages? Any hints of how 
to solve this problem? Thanks All!
