if
Solve[(x*c + 3*x)*(Sqrt[x + 1]*-4) == 0, c]
is the correct interpretation of your equation then
{{c -> -3}}
is its solution.

I just line the eqution up here and wonder if i can get a full solution on
it, and what this types of equitions is called, thank you. !i=square root.
(x(c)?+3x)(!i(x+1)-4)=0
