Now I at last have Mathematica 5.1 loaded and it claims to
have some improved TeX exporting ability. I tried:

1. Save As Special -> TeX
2. In a good text editor, (eg, pfe)
       Using find/replace,
Remove the all strings "\pmb" (replace with nothing)
       Save the file
3. Then load the result into SciWord

The result looks alright on screen, but SciWord coughs a bit on typesetting.

Has anyone got any better or further hints on converting
between Mathematica and Scientific Word's flavours of TeX.
(Mathematica will import TeX too)
