Carlos:

Please tell the Group what your configuration is (Windows, Unix,
etc.), which Mathematica version you have, and which platform you are
on.

You could try uninstalling/reinstalling your Mathematica system.

If you get that type of error in other applications with the same
keys, you may have a corrupt keyboard driver.
