I assume what you actually did was

Export["C:\Temporary\zepelin.txt,blimp,"Table",ConversionOptions->{"
TableAlignment"->Center]; 

Since what you typed above would not generate the output you indicated below

Simply use transpose, i.e.,

Export["C:\Temporary\zepelin.txt,Transpose@{blimp},"Table",ConversionOptions->{"
TableAlignment"->Center];
