I do not think that it is possible (at least, not without some horrible 
hacking). If you look up

   Front End | Front End Options | Notebook Options | Printing Options

and then PrintingOptions -> {...} you will see that there is a 
"FacingPages" option -- but this only applies to headers and footers, 
not to the "PrintingMargins".
